 One of Winthrop’s most popular venues is the 5th floor common room rooftop of Beren Hall. With floor-to-ceiling windows and incomparable views of Boston and the Charles River the words of Governor John Winthrop adorned the room: “We shall be as a city upon a hill, the eyes of all people are upon us.” Various events, including Music & Mingles, yoga sessions, and informal gatherings are held in this signature Winthrop space.

 The room includes a bult-in screen, projector, and sound system, and has cable TV.
