INDIANAPOLIS – The women's fencing team completed its tenure at the NCAA Championships, helping the Crimson finish fifth as a team at the two-day event March 25-26 in Indianapolis. Harvard clinched its highest placement at the NCAA Championships since the 2013-14 season.
[Winthrop Senior] Adrienne Jarocki competed in the women's sabre event, earning a sixth-place finish at the conclusion of the event and All-America second team accolades. Jarocki is the first member of the women's fencing program to earn All-America distinction for all four years. The senior earned 15 victories over the course of the two-day event and a plus-29 touch differential. [Winthrop Sophomore] Gabby Tartakovsky also competed for the Crimson in women's sabre, totaling seven victories in the event, ranking 21st in the nation.
