My name is Jimmy Looney and I'm a 2014 graduate of Winthrop. I'm very happy to be back as part of the Throp community. As an undergrad, my concentration was in Earth and Planetary Sciences, and I was also a TF for Stat 104. After graduating, I found the intersection of the two when I became a science teacher. I've now been teaching math, science, and computer science at Westwood High School since fall of 2014. In addition to EPS and education, I also got my master's degree in computer science through the online program at Georgia Tech.
