Jordan is thrilled to serve as a Winthrop Non-Resident Tutor! She received her undergraduate degree in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University, with minors in Health Equity and Human Development. As an undergraduate student, she founded The COVID Campus Coalition—a grassroots organization focused on combating COVID-19 misinformation by providing college students with accurate information about COVID vaccines through social media platforms. Since coming to Harvard, Jordan has partnered with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's Center for Health Communication to establish the Medical Communication Coalition, a student-led educational initiative that collaborates with global public health organizations to amplify data-driven public health recommendations on social media. She is a member of the World Health Organization's Fides community and serves on the Center for Health Communications Student Advisory Board. Beyond her medical communication interests, Jordan has contributed to research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and has served on the leadership board of HMS’s Disabilities in Medicine and Dentistry Working Group. She enjoys coaching track with Harvard's Special Olympics Club. She is applying to Internal Medicine Residency programs and is excited to support students through their pre-medical journeys.
