Winthrop's beautiful Cashin Family Dining Hall is the center of the Winthrop House community. Located in Gore Hall, it provides so much more than just a place to eat: it is often a hub of activity throughout the day and the evening.

In addition to the main dining hall and the dining hall extension, the private dining room provides a space for quiet conversations over meals. The private dining room (PDR) can be reserved through [RoomBook](https://roombook.harvard.edu/); You can [view the schedule for the PDR online](/roomsched/pdr). Note that the PDR is not suitable for music practices or non-meal-based social gatherings.
