Aaron Jennings
Hi, my name is Aaron Jennings, and I’m a proud recovering Hollis North Proctor! I love advising, coaching, and supporting Harvard College students so much that I decided to become a Non-Resident Tutor—while also serving full-time as the Chief of Staff for Chelsea Public Schools.
I earned my Doctorate in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where my work focused on the intersection of K–12 education, state and local government, and community-based organizations. My life purpose—tattooed on my heart—is to educate, encourage, and empower people.
Before Harvard, I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and my master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
At my core, my life goal is simple: to Connect, Serve, and Lead.
