Winthrop House uses several email lists to communicate with the Winthrop community.

  • All House: Important administrative emails, occasional announcements and messages from the House Office. All active Winthrop students, Resident Tutors, and Non-Resident Tutors are automatically subscribed to this list. More info about the All House list.
  • Winthrop Events: Winthrop community events and Resident Tutor and HoCo programming. All active Winthrop students, Resident Tutors, and Non-Resident Tutors are automatically subscribed to this list. More info about the Winthrop Events list.
  • Throptalk: Managed by Winthrop HoCo. Students can share information about upcoming Harvard events, job/career opportunities, performances, and overall chatter. You can subscribe here.
  • Winthrop Class Lists: Important administrative emails, occasional announcements, and messages from the House Office that are specific to class. All active Winthrop students are automatically subscribed to the appropriate list; Resident Tutors are subscribed to all lists. If you think you’re on the wrong list, please contact the Academic Coordinator or the House Administrator.

There is also a Winthrop House GroupMe managed by Winthrop HoCo. Ask other Winthrop students to add you to it.

You can see a calendar of all Winthrop House events and here are handy links to add the calendar to your Google Calendar or add the calendar to Outlook or iCal.
