Bill LePage is a Senior Fellow in Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative and a former tech executive at Cisco, Sprinklr and other tech companies, with decades of experience in global leadership, sales, and strategy. A first-generation college graduate, he’s passionate about mentoring the next generation and currently leads a social impact initiative focused on expanding mobility access for people with disabilities. Outside of Harvard, Bill enjoys travel, reading, sports, and meaningful conversations that connect people across backgrounds and experiences.
