Elizabeth Zaldastani Napier

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Zaldastani Napier is a nonprofit leader, social entrepreneur, marketing strategist, democracy advocate, and Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI) Senior Fellow.

She serves on several nonprofit boards and leads the Central & East European Coalition (CEEC), which represents 25 million Americans of Central and East European heritage. She also leads the Harvard ALI New England Coalition.

As a professional career coach, Lizzie looks forward to supporting Winthrop students with career exploration, résumé refinement, mock interviews, and preparation for professional opportunities. She is especially eager to connect with students exploring entrepreneurship, social impact, marketing, management, and MBA pathways.

Lizzie graduated from Brown University, where she was a varsity squash player and founded Dyslexic at Brown. She earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Her early career included consulting at McKinsey & Company and brand management at General Mills.
