Irene Caselli

Irene Caselli is an Italian writer and multimedia journalist now focusing on early childhood, caregivers, and reproductive rights. She runs the The First 1,000 Days newsletter and leads the Early Childhood Journalism Initiative at the Global Center for Journalism and Trauma.

Previously a foreign correspondent in Latin America, she worked for the BBC, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Guardian, and other publications. She speaks six languages and is currently learning Greek.
