Johnson Olabiyi Elugbadebo

Non-Resident Tutor

Hi Winthrop!  I’m thrilled to be a Non-Resident Tutor for this academic year.  I’m a Research Associate and Teaching Fellow at Harvard Business School where I work with professors in entrepreneurship and strategy.  Outside of my work at HBS, I’m passionate about entrepreneurship and spent the last few years immersing myself in the tech space, learning how to code and iterating on software product ideas.  I’m fluent in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, J Query, and the React.js/Next.js frameworks) and backend (Node.js/Express.js, Mongoose.js/MongoDB) technologies, as well as AI/LLM integrations and agentic AI frameworks (python, Google ADK, etc.).  I’m currently working on a software product idea I hope to finish soon.

In terms of education, I have a master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from MIT.

In my free time I code and like to stay in shape by biking and working out in the gym.  I also enjoy soccer.  I’m looking forward to connecting with students in Winthrop House!  Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in business, entrepreneurship, want to talk startups, or just to say hello!
