Moses Murdock

Resident Tutor
Phebe and Moses

Hi Winthrop! I’m so excited to be a new resident tutor with my partner-in-crime Phebe. My family is from Costa Rica (Pura Vida!), and I grew up in Florida. I studied molecular biology and microbiology at UCF, then spent two years at the National Institutes of Health studying primary immunodeficiencies. I attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania and recently completed Internal Medicine residency at the Brigham. I am now a clinical fellow in Hematology/Oncology in the combined Dana-Farber/BWH/MGH program. My clinical and research interests include the care of patients with leukemia and the use of genomics to inform their prognosis and treatment. In my free time I enjoy reading, running, and discovering new vegetarian-friendly restaurants in Boston. I’d love to nerd out with you about science/medicine, chat with you about your career hopes/dreams, and practice Spanish together. Can’t wait to meet you all!
