Paulo Carvão

Paulo Carvão is a Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government, focusing on Tech and AI Policy. A former IBM executive with over 30 years of experience, he advises tech startups and serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Harvard Institute of Politics Governance Lab. He has written for Fast Company, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Harvard Social Impact Review, Lawfare, Tech Policy Press, The Conversation, and The Hill, among others. Mr. Carvão is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA focused on Marketing.
