Philippe Reekie

I’m the Outreach Manager at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian (CfA), where I organize public programs, including the popular Public Observatory Nights, and I also serve as a Planetarium Presenter at the Museum of Science, Boston. Having faced challenges pursuing a career in science myself, my mission is to break down barriers for others, inspire people to follow their passions, and showcase the incredible work taking place at the CfA. Outside of work, I enjoy racket sports and beach volleyball, playing the piano, time with my Sphynx cats, performing very average magic tricks, plant-based food, and engaging in lively but civilized debate.
