Zack Steigerwald Schnall

Hey Winthrop! I grew up in the Boston suburbs, and stayed in suburbia for college (read: the Quad). During undergrad, I was involved in activist movements, the IOP, the debate team, the i-lab, a few journals, some RA work, and the First-Year Musical as lyricist. I graduated in 2021 with a concentration in Sociology and a secondary in Educational Studies. After graduation, I did an environmental master’s at an even smaller school in an even smaller city in New England. While most of my courses focused on climate policy/science/economics, I managed to cross-register with the School of Drama to continue writing lyrics. Now I’m back for law school, where I’m still writing—this time for the HLS Parody—and reading. A lot. When I’m not reading, I’m probably consuming and reviewing some form of media (music/tv/movies), playing various instruments, or experimenting with new ice cream flavors. I’m super excited to get to know you all!
