The Stephen Blyth Fitness Room is located in the basement of Gore Hall and is open to Winthrop residents 24 hours a day. The Fitness Room contains two treadmills, two elliptical machines, a rowing machine, other cardio machines, two weight machines, a chin-up bar, dumbbells, a punching bag, and space for stretching.
