Student Kitchen

The Mobley student kitchen and lounge is located in the basement of Standish Hall. It is available for Winthrop Residents and resident affiliates only. Unfortunately, the kitchen being consistently left in a mess, we are no longer keeping it open and unlocked, as a messy, uncared-for kitchen places an unfair burden on our wonderful custodial team. 

You can sign out a key from the Security Office, to use the kitchen. You will need to leave ID (e.g., a driver's license). Please read the following instructions/requirements carefully before using the kitchen.

• You are responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, and any damage to equipment.
  • Make sure you leave enough time to clean the kitchen. Leave it as clean or cleaner than when you started using it!
• After cleaning the kitchen, you must take a picture and send to the Building Manager (sarah_gallant@fas.harvard.edu) and House Administrator (wi-ha@fas.harvard.edu). This must be done before you receive your ID back.
• If you have any questions or concerns about the equipment or cleanliness please contact the Building Manager (sarah_gallant@fas.harvard.edu) and House Administrator (wi-ha@fas.harvard.edu).
